Bowled, Caught, Leg Before Wicket (LBW), Run Out, Stumped, Hit Wicket, Handling the Ball, Obstructing the Field, Intentionally Hitting the Ball Twice and Timed Out (where the incoming batsman takes longer than two minutes to come onto the ground). The last three are hardly ever used.
2. Which great Byzantine General who served under Justinian recovered large portions of the old Western Roman Empire for the Byzantines in the 6th century AD?

Answer: Belisarius

Belisarius (505-565AD) was born in Illyria. He was given command of an army by the Emperor Justinian I and quickly distinguished himself in battle defeating the Persians in 530. In 532 he crushed an internal rebellion and by 533 was finishing off the Vandals in Northern Africa. By 540, Belisarius had reconquered Italy but the Barbarian Goths were not fully subdued until 548. Belisarius was replaced around this time but had to be recalled a decade later to repel a Bulgarian attack on Constantinople.

He died in 565 AD after a short period of imprisonment.
