"Dances with Wolves" is the story of Civil War veteran Lt. John Dunbar (Kevin Costner), who is assigned to a distant outpost in the American frontier. He initially struggles with the harsh environment and the local Native Americans. As they both had common needs, Dunbar and the tribal leadership try to communicate with each other without a common language. He is trying to ask them if they know where to find buffalo - "Tatanka" in the Lakota language. Through their shared experience in fighting off a hostile native tribe and the hunt, they eventually reach a mutual understanding. Dunbar even learns Lakota and begins to speak it more than English.

"Point Break" tells the story of FBI agent Johnny Utah (Keanu Reeves), who, along with his partner (Gary Busey), are trying to solve the case of who is robbing many local banks, but only during summer months. The ongoing theory is that the perpetrators are surfers. Utah goes undercover to solve the case. He discovers that he loves surfing and enjoys the company of the leader of the surfer group, Bodhi (Patrick Swayze). In this scene, the adrenaline junkie group is sitting around a campfire at night discussing catching the ultimate wave.

"My Cousin Vinny" is the story of two yutes from New Jersey who are wrongfully accused of armed robbery and murder in a small Southern town. One of them (Ralph Macchio) calls his cousin Vinny, a hustler who has not passed the bar exam, to come and defend him. The other uses a public defender. In the inevitable culture clash, Vinny's (Joe Pesci) New Jersey accent is difficult for the judge (Fred Gwynn) to understand.

Answer: So I Married an Axe Murderer

"So I Married an Axe Murderer" is the story of Charlie Mackenzie (Mike Myers), a man who is terrified of commitment, and his courtship of Harriet Michaels (Nancy Travis). While visiting his parents, he sees an article in the Weekly World News (a tabloid) about a woman who murders her husbands on their honeymoon. He begins to suspect that Harriet is that woman. When he first arrives at his parents' house, his father Stuart (Mike Myers) is talking to Charlie's best friend, Tony (Anthony LaPaglia) and telling him what he had read in the tabloid. This is one of the first films Myers used the same Scottish accent that he would use as Shrek.

According to imdb, "The Shawshank Redemption" is the highest-rated movie by its users. It is the story of Andy Dufresne (Tim Robbins) and his attempt to first adjust to life in prison, then to escape. He quickly becomes friends with Red (Morgan Freeman in one of his best roles in my opinion). Andy hints at the fact that he's going to escape in this scene.

"Billy Madison" is the story of Billy (Adam Sandler), the slacker son of a hotel magnate. His father, Brian (Darren McGavin) is getting ready to retire, but isn't sure if he should leave his company to Billy or to corporate suck-up Eric (Bradley Whitford). Brian tells Billy that he couldn't even get through school without having to pay off his teachers. So Billy says that he can go back and finish school - one grade every two weeks. As Billy continues to work his way through elementary and middle school, Eric begins plotting against him, trying to slow him down. Billy challenges Eric to a quiz bowl, comprised of knowledge you would gain in high school. The winner gets the company. The principal of the high school serves as the quiz master and after Billy gives a long-winded response, the principal judges his response with this quote.

The story of a sports agent going through both career and personal crises, "Jerry Maguire" deals with many issues, including dating a single mother and falling in love with both her and her son. Jerry Maguire (Tom Cruise), after having an epiphany and sharing his ideas with his colleagues - which included handling their sports clients with less money and more care - was summarily fired from the agency. He has a grand plan to start his own firm, but the only problem is that he has lost all his clients except one: Rod Tidwell (Cuba Gooding, Jr., in an Oscar-winning role). Dorothy Boyd (Renee Zellweger) believes in what he wants to do and decides to join him. Predictably, they fall in love, but Rod feels that Jerry is in the relationship for the wrong reasons and lets Jerry know how he feels. The result is this quote.

Answer: Liar Liar

After his son makes a wish that he couldn't tell a lie for one whole day, Fletcher Reede (Jim Carrey) finds himself telling the truth no matter what. "Liar Liar" deals with the consequences of exaggerating, fibbing, and plain lying. The main problem with this predicament is that Fletcher is a lawyer. How does a lawyer do his job well while telling the truth - no matter what? The results of his curse/blessing are hilarious and Carrey is at his best here. In this scene, Fletcher is rushing to get to his son and keep his promise. He gets stopped by a cop who asks, "Do you know why I pulled you over?" This is Fletcher's response.

When Jeff "The Dude" Lebowski (Jeff Bridges) is mistaken for a rich man with the same name, he gets dragged into a tangled web of lies, deceit, intrigue, and rich people using others for their own personal gain. All The Dude wants is to go bowling and get compensation for his rug that the hired thugs looking for the "Big Lebowski" peed on. He meets the rich Jeff Lebowski, who continues to call him "Mr. Lebowski." The Dude counters with this quote.

If you've never seen this film, I highly recommend it. It's in my top 5 favorite films.

Answer: Office Space

When Peter Gibbons (Ron Livingston) goes to work every day in a cubicle office, he hates every minute of it, and rightfully so. People being mistreated by management, specifically Bill Lumbergh (Gary Cole), whose only goal is to further his career, and dealing with his wacky coworkers, Peter tries to be able to at least tolerate the place. Peter's girlfriend suggests hypnosis to help him deal with his unhappiness in the workplace. The therapist gets him into a trance and tells him he will relax about his job and not worry about anything. The problem is that the therapist has a heart attack and dies before he can bring Peter out of the trance. Peter then turns into a prime candidate for being fired. But along come "The Bobs", efficiency experts who decide that Peter is upper-management material. This quote comes at the beginning of the movie and makes Peter cringe anytime he hears it. I mean, who says that?
