Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "Plan 9 From Outer Space" is considered the "Citizen Kane" of bad films. Which of these is NOT a quote from that film?

Answer: Well here we are, and as they say in all good westerns 'which way'd he go?'

This is from Ed Wood's "Bride of the Monster", which is in many ways worse.
2. Which atrocious film consisted mostly of a man in a gorilla suit and space helmet walking around the hills of Los Angeles?

Answer: Robot Monster

The director of this film eventually comitted suicide.
3. "Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" featured the Bee Gees and other "guest stars" turning classic Beatles songs into Disco-ish mush. Which of these was NOT a song used in the film?

Answer: Twiggy singing "Lady Madonna"

Characters include Billy Shears, Strawberry Fields, Mr. Kite, Mean Mr. Mustard...need I say more?
4. This has been considered possibly the worst sequel of all time. Which film features Richard Burton, Louise Fletcher, Ned Beatty, and James Earl Jones?

Answer: Exorcist 2: The Heretic

This features the immortal line "Cokumo can help me find Pazuzu!"
5. Which film (which was completely narrated because the sound track was lost) had a monster which was little more than a carpet with visible teenagers under it making it move?

Answer: The Creeping Terror

"The Creeping Flesh" and "The Creeping Unknown" were actually decent British films.
6. Which of these is NOT a real film?

Answer: Death Struggle of the Prehistoric Giants

The two with the longest titles are incredibly bad films by Ray Deniss Steckler (aka Cash Flagg).
7. Which of these two-headed films featured Bruce Dern as a scientist who adds on to a retarded boy's body the head of a homicidal maniac?

Answer: The Incredible Two-Headed Transplant

The more famous one starred Rosie Grier and Ray Milland and was called "The Thing With Two Heads". One cannot help but think Grier was chosen because he was big enough to conceal Milland behind him.
8. In "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes", the monsters were reduced to ketchup when they heard which song?

Answer: Puberty Love

If you are going to make a bad movie, might as well make it purposely funny.
9. Which of these was NOT a real rip off of "Jaws"?

Answer: Hammerhead

10. Finally, which film featured giant rats, wasps, and a rooster?

Answer: Food of the Gods

"Andy Warhol's Bad" would go on my list of films so offensive that they are not worth watching even to appreciate their "badness". Others on this list would be "The Sailor Who Fell From Grace With the Sea", and the international prize-winning "The Tin Drum". These films won't amuse you or teach you anything about life, but they may cause you to unexpectedly lose your lunch.
