"Dreamgirls" starred Jennifer Hudson as Ellie White, along with Jamie Foxx, Beyonce Knowles, and Eddie Murphy, amongst many others. Hudson received many accolades for her phenomenal performance, including an Oscar. The song featured above "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going", one of many memorable songs from "Dreamgirls", a story detailing the trials and tribulations of R&B groups trying to make it big.

The story's plot draws from stories and iconography of the Supremes, James Brown, the Shirelles, amongst others.

Answer: Gypsy

"Gypsy" was originally put on film in 1962. The story revolves around the famous striptease artist Gypsy Rose Lee and her hard-nosed stage mother, Rose, determined to make her daughter (and hopefully herself) a star. Rosalind Russell was the original Rose, and the 1962 film also starred Natalie Wood, Karl Malden and Ann Jillian.

It was remade in the 1990s as a TV movie starring Bette Midler.

While Hugh Jackman is a trained musical performer he was not part of the cast of "Mamma Mia!" Pierce Brosnan was cast as Sam Carmichael, the man most likely to be Sophie's father; Stellan Skarsgard was cast as Bill Anderson, a writer and sailor, and Colin Firth was cast as Harry Bright.

Julie Andrews won a Best Actress Oscar and Golden Globe for her performance in "Mary Poppins", which was only at the beginning of her career. She also won a Golden Globe for Best Actress for her performance in "The Sound of Music", but lost the Oscar to another actress.

These lyrics come from the film's most raucous and festive tune, "Be Our Guest". Who could forget Belle being entertained by a myriad of living objects, such as a candlestick, bookcase or teapot.
Belle sought out more than her 'provincial life' and the adventures she only read about in books, but she never expected the adventure or the Beast that she grew to love and admire.

This film remains a cult classic among moviegoers and lovers of musicals; many theaters across the nation hold monthly (or weekly) showings of the film and patrons will show up in costume, with props, and will be prepared to participate by shouting, singing, or interjecting at key points throughout.

While Debbie Harry was not in "Rocky Horror" she did play Velma Van Tussle in the 1988 movie musical "Hairspray".

Audrey Hepburn starred alongside Rex Harrison in the 1964 film where he tried to turn a Cockney lass into a proper lady. The film won eight Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Director, and Best Music, amongst many more; however, Audrey Hepburn was not awarded the Oscar for Best Actress; that went to Julie Andrews for her performance in "Mary Poppins".

"Cry-Baby" has always been one of my personal favorites, as it portrays the teenage class battles between the 'drapes' and the 'squares' in 1950s Baltimore, Maryland. The musical is the second of John Waters' films to be adapted in a theatrical musical performance; the first was "Hairspray". Johnny Depp showed off his musical chops in this film, as well as in the 2007 movie musical "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street".

In the early 1990s, Johnny was also a part of a band called P, but it didn't last long.

Answer: Let It Go

Since the release of the film, this song has been inescapable; beyond being catch and empowering, it also gained a lot of publicity when John Travolta horrifically botched Idina Menzel's name as he introduced her at the Oscars. While he has apologized and she says she does not bear a grudge, he introduced her as "Adele Dazeem", which is nowhere near her name.

Answer: Sacha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter

Whether it is their rendition of "Master of the House" or their devious way of stealing from corpses, the Thenardiers are two of the most memorable characters in the film and the story; Samantha Barks played Eponine, the Thenardiers' daughter. Helena Bohnam Carter starred in another musical in 2007 alongside Johnny Depp, Tim Burton's retelling of "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street".
