Lulu meets Shane first. He knocks on their front door when he comes to look after them. Lulu opens it and screams because she doesn't know who he is. Shane is played by Vin Diesel.

You can see the poster on his wall in many scenes, one of them is when Shane wakes Seth up early on his first day looking after the Plummer children.
