"Best of My Love" was one of the fastest-rising singles on the Billboard Hot 100. It hit number 1 within three weeks of release and remained on top for four straight weeks. It was written and produced by Maurice White, leader of the group Earth, Wind, and Fire.

Answer: Boogie Oogie Oogie

A number 1 smash hit, "Boogie Oogie Oogie" was written by A Taste of Honey founding member Janice Marie. The group also consisted of guitarist Hazel Payne and two male members. Because the ladies fronted the group, male audience members tended to just sit and watch instead of getting up and dancing. So, Janice wrote the song in response to encourage them to get up and dance.
