5. Which blind blues musician made clicking sounds to enable him to see how far away things were?

Answer: Blind Willie McTell

Blindness amongst people living in southern states of America in the late 1800s and early 1900s was fairly common. These blind people were therefore unable to do hard labour, instead they turned to music and performed for people to earn tips.

Blind Willie McTell could not only judge the distance of things in this way, but also tell how much a coin was worth by hearing it dropped into a can, and he could tell how much paper currency was by the texture!
6. Which of these songs, performed by Howlin' Wolf, was actually written by Howlin' Wolf himself?

Answer: How Many More Years

Of course Howlin' Wolf wrote a lot of songs himself (such as: "I Asked For Water (She Gave Me Gasoline)", "Killing Floor" and "Smokestack Lightnin'"), but he covered a lot of Willie Dixon songs (such as the above mentioned, "Tail Dragger", "Back Door Man" (also covered by The Doors), and so on).
