Petra Kvitova dominated in her first two rounds as she lost just a combined three games in the two matches. Kvitova is a tall, left-handed player and she was the first person of either gender born in the 1990s to win a Grand Slam event in tennis. Jankovic lost in her next match to Agnieszka Radwańska which was the fifth time she'd lost at Wimbledon in the fourth round.
