4. How many goals were scored in game 1?

Answer: 1

Game 1 saw Vancouver score the only goal that they would need to win that game. Boston couldn't solve Roberto Luongo. For over 59 minutes, Vancouver couldn't solve Tim Thomas either, and as defensive as it was, Vancouver scored that goal with under 20 seconds left in regulation.

In a well disciplined game by both teams, only five minor 2 minutes penalties were called, unlike in game 3 where there were several majors called.
6. Which game had the most goals scored by both teams?

Answer: 23

Boston scored eight goals in only one game during the series, shellacking the Canucks at home 8-1 in Game 3. They went on to score 23 total, and 17 of those goals were on home ice. Prior to game 7, they had only scored two in Vancouver.
10. Which team won the Stanley Cup?

Answer: Boston Bruins

After all home wins for the first six games, Boston triumphed to win their first Stanley Cup since 1972, defeating the Vancouver Canucks in game 7, 4-0.
