Tottenham had to wait until the third game of the season before they scored in the newly formed Premier League. A 0-0 draw away to Southampton was their first ever game in the Premiership, followed by a 2-0 defeat at home to Coventry City. On 22nd August, 1992, Tottenham faced Crystal Palace at White Hart Lane. Durie struck in the 16th minute, before Eddie McGoldrick and Eric Young put Palace 2-1 up. Spurs were heading for defeat before Steve Sedgley scored with two minutes left to earn the North Londoners a 2-2 draw.

It would be the 6th game of the season before Spurs won their first game, with a 2-0 home win over Sheffield United. Tottenham finished 8th in the 1992-93 season, 25 points behind champions Manchester United.

Italy was not a productive time for Keane, and after 6 League appearances with no goals to his name in Serie A, he moved back to England with Leeds United, initially on-loan, then a permanent deal. Leeds' financial struggles were a key factor in Keane signing for Tottenham on 31st August, 2002.

10. Tottenham hit five goals in a League game three times during the 2004-05 season, but who were they playing when they conceded five in a game?
