Cobb eventually retired with 5,856 total bases during his play in the Majors from 1905 to 1928.
2. Which of the following players did NOT play 22 years in the Big Leagues?

Answer: Ted Williams

Williams 'only' played 21 seasons in the Majors from 1939 to 1960. All the others listed played for 22 seasons.

Answer: Wiley Piatt

Piatt had a bad day on June 25th, 1903 when pitching for the Boston Braves, he lost to Pittsburgh 1-0, and then again 5-3 in a double-header.
