Joe Altobelli managed Baltimore for two and a half seasons, 1983-1985. Earl Weaver managed the Orioles from 1968-1982 and 1985-1986. Cal Ripken Sr. managed Baltimore from 1987-1988. Bobby Cox at the time was managing the Blue Jays.
