Bill was flattered since joining the league was a dream of his, but Don and Peg pointed out how high profile the league was, and how many LDS there were. Bill told Stuart Kimball he wasn't sure he would have the time to participate because of his new store. Barb pointed out how risky it was for Bill to belong to the league, but didn't seem to realize that her goal of winning the Mother of the Year contest could also expose the family. Bill eventually turned down Kimball's offer.

Ernest brought all of the UEB shares he'd been given since 1962. Bill was going to take them to his lawyer to find out if he could buy them from Ernest, so he could have Ernest's council seat. Ernest said the council was talking about selling clay from the mines at Moab to NASA for the space shuttle's heat shield. Bill replied that they didn't even believe we had been to the moon, but they were willing to to do business with the agency that didn't go there.

After making sure everything was in order, Barb acted like she had forgotten the photographer was coming. Nicki saw the flashes from the camera through the dining room window of Barb's house, and she went in the house with Wayne and Raymond. After Barb introduced Nicki as her neighbor, Nicki pretended she had come over to borrow some hot dogs. Wayne asked Barb if they were going to be in the picture too, but the photographer told him it was only for family.

Margene had told Barb that she wanted her children to go to Barb instead of Nicki. Nicki had already gone to the attorney to change her will to have her children go to her parents at Juniper Creek, rather than to Barb, should something happen to her and Bill. When Margene went to the attorney to have her will changed, the secretary accidentally gave her Nicki's will to sign.

Ben was at school jogging when he saw Brynn waiting to talk to him. He had been avoiding her so she asked why he hadn't called. They began kissing just before Margene and Nicki drove up. Margene and Nicki told Barb about it when they arrived home and Barb asked if they had said something to Ben about it. Nicki said no because she didn't think she and Barb shared the same values.

When she didn't hear her name called, Rhonda went up and asked the man in charge if he had forgotten her name. After he said no, he received a kick from Rhonda in response. She lied to Sarah and Heather that she had advanced, but Sarah found out the truth the next day when she went looking for Rhonda.

After Barb, Nicki and Margene kept calling to change their wills, Lee told Bill that his wives were driving him crazy. Bill said he'd take care of it, but left the folder out on his desk at Home Plus. Wendy brought some things in for Bill, and saw the folder with the label 'Henrickson Wills'.

After she looked around to be sure no one was watching, Wendy nosily looked inside and found the three wills. Bill came in while she was still holding the folder and she told him she had inadvertently picked it up.

She later took the information she had seen and linked Bill back to Roman Grant.

When Bill mentioned to Don that none of his wives would sign their new wills, Don mentioned buying them bracelets. Then, while standing in the stockroom in front of a pallet of garden gnomes, Bill asked Don if he'd do him a favor. Bill asked if he, Barb and Nicki died, would Don, Peg, Vernie and JoJo raise the kids in the principle. Don hugged Bill and said they'd be honored.

Margene had been strenuously working out back preparing the ground and laying sod so she'd have a backyard. When Margene was tilling the soil, Nicki had said that it was like a giant cavity being filled in the backyard. While Barb was assuring Nicki that she would do her best to raise Nicki's kids the way Nicki wanted should something happen to Nicki and Bill, they saw Margene faint in the backyard.

She later took a pregnancy test and announced to Barb, Nicki and the kids that she was pregnant.
