In the season two finale "At World's End", Rusty had skipped on his extra credit assignment to attend Kappa Tau's party. The next day, Rusty planned on sneaking back inside the chemistry building to complete his project however the doors were locked. Jordan had informed Casey of his predicament which prompted Casey to help Rusty. Rusty pretended to be hypoglycemic to distract the security guard so that Casey could steal his keys.

Unfortunately, Casey could not figure out which among the dozens of keys was the one that opened the door to the chemistry lab. Hours later, Casey and Rusty made it inside with the help of Cappie.

Actor Kadeem Hardison guest starred on "Greek" playing the role of Ashleigh's father Brian Howard. Kadeem Hardison was best known for starring on the show "A Different World" playing the character of the nerdy Dwayne Wayne. Ashleigh's father arrived at ZBZ to celebrate Father-Daughter weekend. Also there were Casey's father Russell Cartwright (Jerry Lambert) and Rebecca's father former senator Ken Logan (Thomas Calabro). Casey and Rebecca's fathers first appeared during "Freshman Parents' Weekend" in season one.

The three dads were dragged into the feud between Rebecca, Casey and Ashleigh. The ordeal began when Rebecca revealed that she had kissed Ashleigh's boyfriend Fisher at the "End of the World" party. To place some of the heat off of her, Rebecca also mentioned that Casey had known about it which caused friction between Casey and Ashleigh.

Casey took over as ZBZ's Pan-Hellenic representative. Pan-Hellenic president Katherine opposed the annual "Undie Run", an event where Greeks ran across campus in their underwear. She went so far as to penalize sororities that took part in the event. To overturn Katherine's decision, Casey needed to get at least 500 signatures. With the help of Evan, Casey got her signatures and overturned Katherine's ruling. To appease Katherine, the students donated their clothes to charity.

Due to Rusty's poor grades, his fellow honors engineers gave him the nickname of "Anchor". In an effort to improve his standing, Rusty wanted to do an outside project and needed a sponsor. Rusty wanted Dr. Larson to be his sponsor and he planned to introduce himself at Larson's book signing. Cappie immediately offered to accompany Rusty to give him moral support and to enjoy the open bar.

He even flirted with some engineering students. Cappie and Dale did talk but not about Dale's religious conversion.

Rusty wanted to lavalier Jordan in an effort to cheer her up. According to Cappie however, every Kappa Tau that lavaliered his girlfriend met with grave misfortune. In the Kappa Tau handbook, it stated that one of the steps of the lavaliering ceremony involved being tied to a tree. Under the mistaken impression that Rusty had already lavaliered Jordan, Beaver, Pickle and Heath kidnapped Rusty.

As stated in the handbook, they proceeded to tie Rusty to a tree. However, since there were no trees around and they had no rope, the trio decided to tape Rusty around a cement pillar. Ironically, this was not the first time Rusty had been taped to wall.

In season one, Evan and Omega Chi duct taped Rusty to a wall in their on going prank war against Kappa Tau.

Rebecca and Ashleigh were barely on speaking terms ever since Rebecca admitted that she kissed Ashleigh's boyfriend Fisher. Rebecca was desperate for Ashleigh to forgive her but she was upset that Ashleigh had forgiven Fisher. Rebecca made a bet with Ashleigh that if she was able to raise more money during Founder's Weekend then Ashleigh would have to forgive her. Ashleigh agreed but added that if she raised more money, Rebecca would have to be sober sister for the rest of the year. To make the ZBZ alumni donate more money to her, Ashleigh told them of what Rebecca did.

When Rebecca learned of this, she was quick to point out that Ashleigh had already forgiven her boyfriend. Towards the end of the weekend, Ashleigh had more alumni donate to her while Rebecca had earned more money from fewer alumni.

When Rebecca revealed that she kissed Fisher out of jealousy and loneliness, Ashleigh forgave her.

Dale was instant messaging a woman by the name of "Vampira 69" and was planning to meet her at a local comic convention. Rusty and Calvin accompanied him so that Rusty could get back into the dating scene after breaking up with Jordan. It was revealed that "Vampira 69" was Rusty and Dale's landlady Sheila; whom Dale slept with after Kappa Tau's "End of the World" party.

Evan had given up his trust fund and as a result had to get a job as a waiter to pay his bills. Besides Calvin, Evan had told Cappie, Rebecca and Casey of his financial woes before finally telling his entire house. Calvin was dating Grant but since Grant was still in the closet, their relationship had to keep a secret.

Other than Evan, Calvin had trusted Ashleigh, Rusty, Dale and Rebecca with his secret. Rebecca was the only person that both Evan and Calvin confess to.

Episode nine "The Wish Pretzel" covered events during Thanksgiving break. Rusty and Casey were forced to spend the holiday on campus because their parents decided to take a last minute trip. Dale was also on campus as he and Rusty planned on making Thanksgiving dinner and to work on their projects. Rebecca and Evan were both dealing with family issues and they decided not to home.

They along with Casey threw a Thanksgiving dinner at the ZBZ house. Cappie was spending his time on the annual Kappa Tau Thanksgiving scavenger hunt when he was suppose to spend the weekend with Evan. Ashleigh and Calvin went home and were not featured in this episode.

Wade was Kappa Tau pledge educator and rush chair. He was also one of three brothers who were expelled because of Evan's prank. To try and end the feud between Kappa Tau and Omega Chi, Evan and Cappie planned a joint prank on Officer Huck. Evan's brothers were not too keen on teaming up with Kappa Tau and were starting to question Evan's authority.

In order to regain control of his house, Evan came up with a prank of his own. Omega Chi and Kappa Tau hoisted Huck's patrol vehicle to drop off the parking garage. Unbeknownst to Cappie, the Omega Chi brothers left Kappa Tau brothers Wade, Ferret and Jeremy alone. Evan had called the police and when they arrived only the three Kappa Taus were there to take the fall.
