One patient is a guy who was trying to get into a fraternity and through a series of mishaps ended up with a mouse, cat, and dog inside him. Dr. Carlos calls in Dr. Fist, who gets the mouse out by punching the patient in the backside.

Before passing away, Peter helped Carlos answer hate mail in Season 1 and interpret bumper stickers in season two. Carlos also presented footage of Peter saying what makes him angry in season three.
