Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. How many Golden Spatulas are required to enter the Poseidome?

Answer: Fifteen

Following the trend of upping the requirement by five, as Downtown Bikini Bottom needed five, Goo Lagoon needed ten and the Poseidome here has fifteen Golden Spatulas a prerequisite to enter.
2. Where in Bikini Bottom does the Poseidome appear?

Answer: It doesn't

Upon acquiring the needed Golden Spatulas and reaching the gate to turn them in, the game will immediately autosave and enter a cutscene in the Poseidome. Once the player is finished in the Poseidome, they will return to Bikini Bottom and won't be able to access the Poseidome again. To be clear, this means it never actually inhabits Bikini Bottom at any point.
3. The Poseidome is home to the game's first mandatory boss. Who is it?

Answer: Robo-Sandy

Robo-Sandy will face off against the player in a large wrestling ring right in the center of the Poseidome.
4. Defeating the boss by himself tires SpongeBob out a bit, so he needs a breather halfway through. Which friend of his eagerly takes his place?

Answer: Patrick

Patrick, cheering SpongeBob on, will ask SpongeBob if he can "have a turn." In response, a fatigued SpongeBob allows Patrick to enter the ring in his stead.
5. While the fighting is going on, the game will introduce an iconic, funny background character who decides to give play-by-play on the events of the fight. What character does this?

Answer: Realistic Fish Head

The Realistic Fish Head will comment whenever SpongeBob or Patrick strike Robo-Sandy, or whenever they themselves get struck. When Patrick knocks off Robo-Sandy's head and then throws it at the scoreboard to damage the head, the Realistic Fish Head will famously comment "Ooh! Now the robot's losing its head!" Overall, this was a simplistic, funny touch to the fight that gave it a surprising amount of breadth.
6. How many times must the player strike the boss in order to win?

Answer: Nine

SpongeBob hits the boss six times, Patrick strikes the boss three times. SpongeBob does half his hits before Patrick steps in, then does the next three to finish the fight.
7. In return for winning the fight, what will the player receive?

Answer: A Golden Spatula

This will leave the player with a minimum of sixteen, maximum of twenty five Golden Spatulas.
8. After winning the fight, SpongeBob receives access to a new move which is immensely important moving forward. What move is this?

Answer: Bubble Bowl

Bubble Bowl features SpongeBob creating a moderately sized ball of bubble, spinning it a few times as he reels it back to throw it, and then throwing it. This is crucial for being able to hit certain buttons, and can be useful in giving SpongeBob a projectile to help deal with robot enemies.
9. Upon conquering the Poseidome, Bikini Bottom will become significantly different for the player. Why is this?

Answer: More of the city is accessible

In order to initially reach Poseidome, the player must turn in fifteen Golden Spatulas to a gate that is blocking them off from reaching much of the rest of the city. Once the player clears Poseidome, this gate disappears. Where they could only access about one third of the city before hand, this gate being cleared now affords them access to another third of the area.
10. King Neptune will join SpongeBob's team and help him in his future adventures after Poseidome has been cleared.

Answer: False

King Neptune summons SpongeBob there initially as to help him defeat Robo-Sandy and clear the robot from his colosseum. However, once he gives SpongeBob a Golden Spatula for his trouble, Neptune is never seen again until the end credits of the game.
