Since the altar is in Entrana, no weapons may be taken there. Many players choose to run Law Runes in order to train Runecrafting. Law Runes are used for teleporting.

2. What is a true skill cape mastery?

Answer: When a player has 120 Dungeoneering

The true skill cape mastery was introduced on April of 2010. There are three different emotes that go along with the cape. There is a regular skillcape for Dungeoneering at level 99.

3. When was the Reindeer Hat given to "Runescape" players?

Answer: Christmas Event 2006

The Reindeer Hat is actually NOT a members item and can not be sold. "Runescape" used to have holiday items dropped around "Runescape".
