Answer: Ephraim & Eirika

Ephraim & Eirika are descendants of Renais royal blood, Innes & Tana are descendants of Frelia royal blood, and Saleh is a high-level magician who seeks for Myrrh, the descendant of Dragon clan.
Lyon is the prince of Grado and L'arachel is the princess of Rausten.
2. How many types of promotion items are there in the game?

Answer: Nine

Promotion items are the items that you use to upgrade a character's class after they've achieved level 10 or more. After getting promoted, characters will have a significant status-increase. Promotion items are: Knight Crest, Hero Crest, Elysian Whip, Guilding Ring, Orion's Bolt, Ocean Seal, Master Seal, Lunar Brace (for Eirika only) & Solar Brace (for Ephraim only).

The gems are blue gem, red gem, white gem, black gem, & gold gem. You can obtain gems in various ways. One way is from allies. Some characters have a gem (L'arachel has white gem) and most of secret characters have a gem too. Other ways are from opening the treasure chests or defeating certain enemies. Syrene is Vanessa's older sister. Both of them are Flying Units. Ewan is Tethys's younger brother. Ewan is a beginner in magic (but he can be a very valuable assets if you train him) while Tethys is the only dancer in the game. Ismaire, the queen of white dunes, and leader of Jehanna Kingdom is Joshua's mother.

Every "Fire Emblem" series has a different way to define Fire Emblem. In the previous series, Fire Emblem is defined as a kingdom seal, an instrument that is needed when the prince is crowned. In "Fire Emblem Sacred Stones", Fire Emblem is the sacred stone of Grado which contains Demon King, but the seal is broken by Lyon during his research.

Yes, you can use Lyon after you finish the main story. Lyon is one of the secret characters that you can use in the extra map only. If you finish Lagdou Ruins three times you can get Lyon. (It's difficult but it's worth). If you finish Valni Tower three times you can get Selena Fluorspar. You can recruit other secret characters if you finish Valni Tower and Lagdou Ruin in the extra maps.
