'Ms. Pac-Man' was released in 1981 by Midway. It was different from the original 'Pac-Man' in many ways that made it interesting, including mazes of different styles and colors, and floating fruits.

2. In which game will you find a scorpion-poisoning mushrooms?

'Centipede' came out in the year 1980. 'Millipede' is the sequel that followed in 1982. 'Spider Fighter' was made for the Atari home system by Activision in 1983. 'Mortal Kombat' ironically, has a character named Scorpion. =)
