1. At the start of the game, when the player enters the train car at the Outskirt Stand, a news report starts playing on the TV. What is the news report about?

Answer: Team Snagem's Hideout in Eclo Canyon exploded

The player comes here immediately after destroying Team Snagem's Hideout in Eclo Canyon. Apparently nobody knew about their Hideout until the time of the explosion.

Answer: Miror B.

Upon entering the Mayor's house. Trudly and Folly inform their boss that the trainer who rescued the girl just entered the house. They reveal his name to be Miror B. Additionally, Trudly and Folly's trainer classes are 'Miror B. Peons'.

Answer: Remoraid and Mantine

The player battles Reath first, she has a Shadow Remoraid. Ferma is battled second, she has a Shadow Mantine.

4. During the player's visit to Agate Village, the Relic Forest is intruded by Cipher. Eagun battles Skrub, the Peon in charge of the intrusion. What Pokémon does Eagun use to battle him?

In this battle, Eagun uses the first Pokémon he ever got, a Pikachu. Skrub uses a Shadow Hitmontop to battle him.

The Cipher Admin in charge of the attack is on the 10th platform. So in order for the player to get there, they must battle 9 trainers.

When the TV turns on, Venus informs the people of The Under that there are spies running around somewhere, and asks them to look out for any suspicious people. While the player is exploring The Under, Venus appears on TV again saying the spies haven't been caught yet, and asks for more cooperation.

Earlier in the story, the player was required to enter the Pyrite Colosseum to obtain a Shadow Pokémon and gain access to Cipher's hideout in Pyrite Town.

Answer: Shadow Liner

In The Under Subway, Venus enters the train, but when the player goes in after her, she is nowhere to be found. Upon walking back off the train, Venus shows herself and explains that she tricked the player. She then shows them the key to the train and says: "See? the key for the Shadow Liner is right here."

The three DNA Samples are randomized every game. The possible Pokémon you can find in the DNA Samples are Bayleef, Quilava, Croconaw, Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Mightyena, Misdreavus and Sudowoodo.

9. At Realgam Tower, the player must collect four colored ID Badges to access the main lobby. Which Cipher Admin do you have to defeat to get the Green ID Badge?

The entrance of Realgam Tower consists of multiple small rooms. The four Cipher Admins each have one colored ID Badge. Miror B. has the red Badge, Dakim has the green Badge, Venus has the blue badge, and Ein has the yellow Badge.

Answer: Gyarados

At Realgam Tower, Gonzap has five Pokémon on his team, consisting of Crawdaunt, Shifry, Pinsir, Hariyama and a Shadow Skarmory. In the after-game, Gonzap can be battled again at the Snagem Hideout where he'll use a six Pokémon team, consisting of Breloom, Crawdaunt, Granbull, Armaldo, Machamp and Gyarados. If the Shadow Skarmory was not snagged at Realgam Tower, it will replace his Gyarados.
