Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What song in "Majora's Mask" can slow down time?

Answer: Inverted Song of Time

The Inverted Song of Time doesn't need to be acquired. Instead, you can play it immediately following the first three days of the game. The song will give you plenty of extra time to do what you need to do within the three day time period. By playing the song a second time in one three day cycle, you can change time back to its normal speed. I find it kind of odd that none of the characters seem to be slowing down if time itself is slowed. :p
2. What island in "Wind Waker" requires the Fire Arrow to enter?

Answer: Ice Ring Isle

Ice Ring Isle is located at the coordinate E6 on the sea chart. After entering this island you can begin your short quest through the island to claim the iron boots; an accessory essential for entering the fifth and final dungeon, The Wind Dungeon.
3. What game can the Ice Rod be found in?

Answer: Link to the Past

The Ice Rod is located in a cave around Lake Hylia in the southeast corner of the map. The Ice Rod is much like the Magic Rod in "Link's Awakening (DX)" because both shoot projectiles, only this one shoots ice, and the Magic Rod shoots fire.
4. Which is not a location in "Majora's Mask"?

Answer: Ikana Village

The village in the Ikana area is actually a part of Ikana Canyon. The Ikana area is located on the eastern side of Termina. To advance through the area, you'll require the Hookshot, Garo's Mask, Captain's Mask, and Gibdo's Mask as well as a variety of other items.
5. What is the full name of the King of Ikana?

Answer: Igos du Ikana

You'll need to battle Igos du Ikana in the Ancient Castle of Ikana before you're able to venture into Stone Tower Temple. Once you defeat Igos and his minions, he'll teach you the Elegy of Emptiness, which will allow you to create clones of your four characters (Link, Goron, etc.). This song is crucial in completing the last portion of the game.
6. Are the Iron Boots used in "The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask"?

Answer: No

The Iron Boots are found in "Ocarina of Time" and "Wind Waker". By using the Iron Boots you can sink to the bottom of lakes, rivers, and other bodies of water or stand tall in fierce winds. In "Ocarina of Time", you can find these boots in the Ice Cavern, and in "Wind Waker" you can find them in Ice Ring Isle.
7. When is Lon Lon Ranch known as Ingo's Ranch?

Answer: When Link becomes an adult

During the seven years in which Link is growing up to become the Hero of Time, Talon is kicked out of Lon Lon Ranch and it becomes Ingo's Ranch. You are able to earn Epona at this time, and after you escape the ranch with her, the ranch returns to normal.
8. What enemy in "Ocarina of Time" is found in the Spirit Temple and Ganon's Castle? (Hint: It's encased in armor)

Answer: Iron Knuckle

The Iron Knuckle has a brutish attack and great defense, but it's very slow with all of its armor on. You can use swords, bombs, and Bombchus on these enemies, and they'd all do good damage. Nabooru, the Spirit sage was brainwashed and turned into an Iron Knuckle during your stay in the Temple of Light, and you need to defeat her before defeating Twinrova.
9. Who is not a member of the Indigo-gos?

Answer: Ivan

The Indigo-gos are a band of Zoras in "Majora's Mask. The members of the band are Tijo, Mikau, Lulu, Evan, and Japas. Lulu will play an important role in accessing the third dungeon of the game. Mikau will also play an important role because his spirit is in the Zora Mask.
10. What is traded to receive the Iron Pot in "Oracle of Seasons"?

Answer: Ghastly Doll

Like many other "Legend of Zelda" games, "Oracle of Seasons" features a trading game. In this portion of the trading game, you trade the Ghastly Doll for the Iron Pot, then the Iron Pot is used to make Lava Soup in Subrosia.
