Answer: The Oracle

The Oracle is a classical era Wonder unlocked by Philosophy. Writing unlocks The Great Library, Masonry unlocks The Pyramids and the Calendar unlocks Stonehenge.
2. Which of these Wonders is the first you can unlock?

Answer: Terracotta Army

Terracotta Army will always be the first of these, unlocked by Construction, which is a prerequisite technology needed to invent Engineering (The Great Wall) and Machinery (Ironworks). Leaning Tower of Pisa is a renaissance Wonder unlocked by Printing Press.
3. What is the earliest World Wonder producing faith?

Answer: Stonehenge

The Pyramids and Stonehenge are the earliest wonders here, but Stonehenge is the only one producing faith. The Hanging Gardens produce food and The Great Lighthouse boosts naval units. Grand Temple also produce a lot of faith, but its a National Wonder, and you have to be skilled managing to build it earlier than Stonehenge.

Oxford University and The Great Library give you a free technology, but The Great Library is not a National Wonder. National College gives 50% technology in the city it was built and National Intelligence Agency gives you an additional spy.

The Porcelain Tower of Nanjing was constructed in the 15th century. The Forbidden Palace is located in Bejing, and Terracotta Army in the Shaanxi province. Himeji Castle is in Japan.
The Porcelain Tower gives you a great scientist and increase the science earned by research agreements by 50%.

The Oracle gives you a free social policy, as well as Sydney Opera House which also gives you 50% culture in the city it was built. No other Wonders give social policies.

Neuschwanstein gives you many smaller bonuses, and is located near Füssen in Germany. Statue of Liberty gives you +1 production from specialists.
Pentagon reduces the cost of upgrading military units by 33%.
9. Which National Wonder requires a Monument built in each of your cities?

Answer: National Epic

National Epic gives you 25% great person generation in the city it is built.
Heroic Epic requires Barracks, Hermitage requires Opera House and Grand Temple requires Temple.
10. The last five technologies in the tech tree (costing 8800 science) unlock one World Wonder. What is it?

Answer: United Nations

United Nations is unlocked by Globalization, and it may be your key to victory.
Hubble Space Telescope and CN Tower is unlocked by the second-to-last technologies (Satellites and Telecommunications). All these belong to the information era (last era), while Great Firewall belongs to the atomic era and is unlocked by Computers.
