Arnold was representing the Republican party when he took the role as governor, however, I couldn't resist a nod to one of his first films in this. In the 2004 Republican National Convention, he attributed his choice to become Republican to a speech given by Nixon.

The basic plot of the movie is that a kid, Danny, has a special ticket that allows him to go into the movie world of his favorite action hero/action movie (Arnold's character: Jack Slater). Danny tries to convince Jack that they are in a movie, by repeating catch phrases of the character as he says them. Throughout the movie, Danny, repeatedly responds Jack Slater's statements by saying "I knew you were going to say that". Finally, after Jack is sucked into the real world, he makes the statement "well listen to this one: Rubber baby buggy bumpers, bet you didn't know I was going to say that" to which Danny throws up his arms and rolls his eyes.
