Answer: Tony Blair

Tony Blair was Labour Prime Minister from 1997-2007. He didn't lose an election, he chose to stand down and was replaced by Gordon Brown. Margaret Thatcher and John Major were both Conservative Prime Ministers and David Cameron became Prime Minister in 2010 leading a coalition government of Conservative and Liberal Democrats.

In 2015 the Conservative party won the election outright and David Cameron remained as Prime Minister until July 2016 when he was replaced by Theresa May.

Answer: Alistair Darling

Alistair Darling was the Chancellor under Gordon Brown's premiership. Norman Lamont and Kenneth Clarke were both Conservative Chancellors under John Major and Nigel Lawson was Chancellor in Margaret Thatcher's government.
