This is about everything rock and roll from the 50's to the present, but that's only the beginning. Any poets out there? I have a couple of poems to share before too long. Misunderstood song lyrics are always a lot of fun. Favorite album cover art? Any wild or interesting concert experiences? Prefer Motown to rock? Jazz? Blues? You can share all of these things and much more here. Come one come all to the midnight ball! Let's do this!

And now I will say what everyone who reads this wants to say. PLEASE Kev and Elle, forgive and forget. I feel that those simple words Didn't seem that badsay it all - forgive and forget. No blame on either side. Elle, go to get your head injury checked out right now! Remember Liam Neeson's wife who had a simple accident in a bunny hill, skiing? It didn't seem that bad, but she died. Plenty of bad things, Kev, maybe the worst was saying, "I'm going to blow up your car", and I thought it was possible, but it was only words. The worst thing I did, I regret to say, was when a high chool oy had a crush on me, and he kept coming up behind me and putting his arms around me. I warned him many times not to do that, but that didn't work. One time the room was dark for a film, and he crawled on the floor and got under my desk. I didn't take that well at all! Finally, one day, after lunch, he came up to me and put arms around me, I whirled, grabbed his shirt and threw him out in the hall. His shirt tore. I hope by telling you this, my guilt I feel over this will go away. I regret it very much, because I was young and afraid of being fired, but now I realize he probably didn't have love at home, so was searching for it. Kev, I have started reading your blog, from page 1, it seems to start in the middle of a conversation, and why, at the bottom of the page does it show two page ones? Was something erased? Anyway I have some comments, I loved toi poem about Metal, as well as the evolution, which I told you before, Also Jazmee's poem about animals, as an animal lover. And Elle, here I am, a girl who has always loved Rush! I would call them one of my favorites! Kev, until this very day, I thought it was "Purty Little Love Song"! I'll probably always hear it that way. I'll keep reading to see if you get to my favorite misunderstood lyric. I am hoping that both Jo and Elle come back, Kev, you are the greatest, but we need them back as well. I will keep reading all the pages, and pipe up when I find something, like when Elle said in a quote, "You make me happy when skies are grey' A quote from an old Jimmie Davis song (ex Governor of La) You are my sunshine My only sunshine You make me happy When skies are grey You'll never know dear How much I love you Please don't take my sunshine away. I couldn't resist your charms for long, Kev :-) I've been busy partnering one of my very lovely beagles up with someone else's dog, so now I'll be counting the days - approximately 63 of them, Trivia fans - until I know if she's going to have a bunch of little beagles. I'll be able to tell a little earlier than that, of course, but I don't do scans so details (like how many) will be a surprise. Don McLean is on my TV live at this very moment being interviewed, he has his guitar on his lap so fingers crossed he's going to burst into song any minute.
