Answer: Simon Templar ("The Saint")

When the producers approached Aston Martin to supply two vehicles for their new production, they were told to wait in line like everybody else. With time a major issue, they turned to Volvo, who were more accommodating.
2. Probably the greatest car chase in film history, Steve McQueen drove a Ford Mustang through the hills of San Francisco in "Bullitt" (1968). But what colour was the car?

Answer: Green

Whilst Steve McQueen was a very skilled driver, the car was actually driven by stuntman Bud Ekins, who also did the famous motorcycle sequence in "The Great Escape".
