1. "It's a broom cupboard."

Answer: Harry Potter

The journalist Rita Skeeter of "The Daily Prophet" is conducting initial interviews with the Triwizard contestants and starts with Harry. She takes him to the 'interview room' and comments, "This is cozy." Harry responds with the quote. In reply she observes that he should feel right at home then, a reference to how at one point he was living in a broom cupboard at his uncle and aunt's place.
2. "What's got your wand in a knot?"

Answer: Hermione Granger

Hermione is using an idiom with the muggle equivalent being: what's got your knickers in a twist? In other words: what is bothering you?. In this quote, Hermione is speaking across Harry to Ron at the Yule Ball while her partner is away getting drinks. Ron is attracted to Hermione, has not said as much to her, failed to ask her to the ball and ends up expressing himself through being jealous.
3. "Curiosity is not a sin, Harry, but you should exercise caution."

Answer: Albus Dumbledore

Dumbledore is speaking to Harry who has just been caught using the Pensieve. The Pensieve is a device in Dumbledore's office which allows memories to be reviewed at leisure. It is a plot device which allows various events to be portrayed which Harry had not personally witnessed. In this case Harry gets background on some Death Eaters. The book's wording is slightly different.
4. "Keep your friends close, Harry."

Answer: Sirius Black

Harry has been entered into the Triwizard Contest without his consent. A wanted man, his godfather Sirius arranges to speak with Harry in the house common room in the middle of the night. His face appears in the embers of the fire. The conversation is brought to an end as someone is coming down the stairs. Sirius offers the quoted words as a last piece of advice before Ron arrives.
5. "I reckon you would have to be barking mad to put your own name in the Goblet of Fire."

Answer: Ron Weasley

Ron and Harry have had a falling out. After Harry succeeded on one of the trials, Ron decided to repair the damage. He explains how he had tried to help without seeming to, by getting friends to steer Harry and how he was surprised that Harry had not worked it out. In the background a bemused Hermione comments, "Boys!"

Answer: Voldemort

This is the response that the obsequious Wormtail gets when Voldemort has been resurrected and is taking stock of his Death Eaters. Despite Voldemort's disparaging remark, Wormtail has played a key part in Voldemort's return. Harry is a reluctant witness to the scene.

Answer: Professor McGonagall

The pupils of Harry's year are receiving dancing lessons. This forms part of the preparations for the Yule Ball, one of the Triwizard Tournament events. Professor McGonagall calls Ron Weasley forward to act as her partner in a demonstration. Ron is suitably alarmed.

Harry and Hermione join the Weasleys for the Quidditch World Cup. When they are in the stadium, Ron asks his father how far up the seats are. The Malfoys overhear and Lucius Malfoy replies with the quote. Draco Malfoy goes on to boast about their seating but is cut short by his father who says there is no need to boast with these people.

The gamekeeper Hagrid is the person tasked with looking after the school's magical creatures. He produces various dangerous creatures from time to time. In this scene, he has given Harry an unofficial look at the dragons which will feature in the first task of the Tournament. Hagrid produces the quote in response to Harry's alarm.
10. "Take my body back, will you?"

Answer: Cedric Diggory

Near the end of the film at the graveyard and surrounded by his Death Eaters, Voldemort turns his attention to Harry. Voldemort announces that he will kill Harry however it does not go according to plan. During the ensuing temporary stalemate, the dead Cedric asks Harry to return his body to his father. Harry does this with the portkey, thereby frustrating Voldemort this time.
