One of the leading Grunge rock bands of the 1990s, Pearl Jam, came back with the release of "Gigaton" in 2020. It was the Seattle rockers' first album in over six years. The album debuted at number six on the Billboard 200 album charts in the United States.

Bruce Springsteen's twentieth studio album "Letter To You" was released in 2020. The album featured his long time backing group, The E Street Band. Due to its release during the COVID-19 lockdown, the album wasn't backed with a tour but did receive critical acclaim.

9. Hackney Diamonds

The Rolling Stones were still releasing albums over sixty years after their debut release in the 1960s. "Hackney Diamonds" came out in 2023 and features guest appearances by Elton John, Lady Gaga, Paul McCartney, Bill Wyman, and even Stevie Wonder. The lead single "Angry" boosted sales and the release won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Album.
10. From Zero

When you think "classic rock", Linkin Park may not be the first band name you think of but the group's debut album "Hybrid Theory" came out in 1999. Over twenty five years later, the Nu-Metal rock band released "From Zero" with Emily Armstrong on lead vocals. It was the band's first album release since the death of lead singer Chester Bennington.
