Judas Iscariot is regarded as the most notorious person in Bible as he betrayed Christ for 30 pieces of silver.
Jezebel is regarded as the most wicked woman in the Bible for leading Israel into the worship of Baal and for her severe persecution of prophets of God.
Athalia was a wicked as they come. According to 2 Chronicles 22:10, she killed her own grandchildren to cement her hold on power.
Herod was a lot like Athaliah. According to Scripture, he killed all the infants two and under in Nazareth after he heard reports about the birth of the Messiah.
Ahab was the king and his wife was the wicked Jezebel. He basically supported all the evil actions of his wife.
Cain, of course, was the first murderer. Scripture reports he killed his younger brother Abel out of a severe case of jealousy.
Delilah, a Philistine, betrayed her lover Samson, a judge of Israel. She found out Samson's long hair was the secret to his super strength and she made arrangements to have his locks cut. With Samson losing his super strength, he was taken into captivity by the Philistines.
Korah was the man in the Old Testament who led a revolt against the leadership of Moses while the Israelites were travelling to the Promised Land. It seems Korah and his followers thought the world would be a better place with Moses removed from the scene. Numbers 16:31-34, in the NKJV Bible, tells what happened to Korah's call for new leadership: "...the ground split apart under them, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, with their households and all the men with Korah, with all their goods."
Meanwhile, Leah, Elizabeth, Mephibosheth, Timothy and Stephen were so-called normal people in Scripture.
Leah was one of four wives of Jacob and the mother of six sons and one daughter. She was basically unloved by her husband.
Elizabeth gave miraculous birth to John the Baptist when she was quite old. Her husband was Zacharias.
Mephibosheth was the lame son of Jonathan. Later in life, David vowed Mephibosheth would always have a place at his table.
Timothy was a young worker in the early church who served alongside Paul.
Finally, Stephen was the first martyr of the early church.
