Maddux was a rental for the Dodgers. He left via Free Agency. He stayed in California though, signing with San Diego.
2. The Tampa Bay Devil Rays traded Julio Lugo to which NL team?

Answer: Los Angeles Dodgers

Lugo was a rental, leaving the Dodgers to go to the Red Sox in the 2006 offseason.
3. The Mets acquired two pitchers very important for their playoff run. Who were they?

Answer: Oliver Perez and Roberto Hernandez

Perez started two NLCS games and pitched well. Hernandez provided good relief.
4. The Pittsburgh Pirates traded Craig Wilson to the New York Yankees for what pitcher?

Answer: Shawn Chacon
