Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. This season of "Dragula" featured ten contestants, all of whom came from the Los Angeles Area.

Answer: False

While this season did feature ten contestants, it was also the first to have its contestants coming in from all across the United States, a noted change from the show's debut when all of the drag performers were local to Los Angeles, where the show was filmed (obviously a cost-cutting measure).

This season, only two contestants (Felony Dodger and Disasterina) were from L.A.; others came from Seattle, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, and San Francisco.
2. The first challenge of the season involved creating looks inspired by which famous horror franchise?

Answer: Hellraiser

After greeting the performers of the season, the Boulet Brothers celebrated the occasion with a toast, asking all of them to raise their glasses and finish a pitcher of Boulet Blood brew first. The winner, Monikkie Shame, was the first to do so, winning a one hour foot massage from the losing queen, Victoria Elizabeth Black.

All of this led to an inaugural floor show in which the contestants were tasked with presenting a Cenobite-inspired look incorporating their drag aesthetic for the chance to stay in the competition and an autographed copy of Clive Barker's "Next Testament". James Majesty won the episode and the prize while Felony Dodger, Monikkie Shame, and Erika Klash had to face Extermination, a task which had them receiving body modification needles. The Boulets sent Felony Dodger home on the back of this, leaving nine contestants.
3. The Extermination Challenge for the second episode involved which of these in an old west village?

Answer: Paintball guns

To start their second challenge, the contestants were dropped off at an old west village and told to create characters who could have lived and died there. Given the chance to explore for inspiration, they would need to return in full costume and perform their floor show at high noon. Victoria Elizabeth Black won the challenge with her fortune teller character while the Boulets informed six of the nine contestants that they would be up for Extermination.

For this week's Extermination, the contestants would be going head-to-head in a paintball duel. The one contestant with the most shots sustained to critical parts of the body would be sent home. Biqtch Puddin' managed to get paired up with Monikkie Shame after a heated argument and she managed to get the latter eliminated as a result.
4. The third week of the competition involved heavy metal looks and performances. Kendra Onixxx, who was eliminated, was accused of which of the following?

Answer: Not rehearsing with her teammates

The top eight were brought forth for a two-part challenge in week three, this one celebrating the Monsters of Rock. First, in the floor show, they had to create heavy metal/glam rock looks with attitude and volume. Then, in the second part, they had to join three other competitors to perform a live track on the main stage, creating a cohesive look to unify the band with week two winner Victoria Elizabeth Black leading one team ('The Fake') and week two bottom competitor Biqtch Puddin' leading the other (as 'PMS').

In the end, 'The Fake' was deemed the lesser band with frontmonster Victoria Elizabeth Black being deemed too bland and Kendra Onixxx seemingly missing the prompt likely, her teammates claimed, because she wasn't interested in showing up for rehearsal with the group. The pair ended up receiving bad tattoos for their Extermination Challenge and Kendra was subsequently eliminated.
5. In addition to making a sci-fi-inspired look in week four, the remaining contestants had to do which of these in a performance during the floor show?

Answer: Birth an alien baby

During a floor show judged by the Boulets, "Drag Race's" Alaska, and Heklina, the seven contestants still in the running had to show off campy and detailed drag looks inspired by science fiction in any form and then create an alien baby, birthing it on the main stage. James Majesty took the win this time, with an extremely campy, fully realized futuristic look, taking a prize package from Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics.

Three performers went up for Extermination, being forced to eat a three-course meal of alien foods (including still-moving octopus tentacles, pig feet and anchovy milkshakes, and 'mystery meat with a little heat'). The Boulets eliminated Dahli on the back of this challenge due in part to her lack of drive and enthusiasm for partaking in the Extermination.
6. Which contestant was not strapped into a lie detector for the Extermination Challenge in Week 5?

Answer: Disasterina

The final six contestants headed off to the woods in week five, joining the Boulets to make slasher horror shorts in which they played scream queens. Memorizing a script, the six contestants had to film an introductory piece in-character, then perform their deaths for the camera. In front of the Boulets and special guest judges Peaches Christ and Coco Peru, Biqtch Puddin' was praised for her fully-realized character, winning her second episode of the show, while Erika Klash, Abhora, and Victoria Elizabeth Black landed in the bottom to receive thorough questioning, both as part of deliberations and then as part of their Extermination Challenge, seated with a polygraph with the other queens watching.

Erika Klash, who the judges felt didn't show versatility in her looks, argued with Abhora during the Extermination but truthfully revealed she didn't believe she could win the competition. She was right; she was eliminated that evening.
7. In one instance, the challenge winner competed in that week's Extermination Challenge. Who did this?

Answer: Abhora

The final five competitors were tasked with being a part of a make-believe Gothic wedding as part of their floorshow and, alongside bringing their best bridal looks to the judges, they needed to prepare a lip sync to the Switchblade Symphony song "Gutter Glitter" and outfit a Dirt Squirrel fan to match their presentation.

Interestingly, Abhora won the challenge, but received very polarizing critiques from the judges for the week, forcing her to compete in the Extermination Challenge alongside Disasterina and James Majesty, standing in a tub of ice (with cold feet) for up to thirty minutes.

While all performers managed to complete the task, the Boulets removed Disasterina from the competition based on her track record.
8. The top four had the opportunity to embark on a photoshoot in what daring location as part of their semifinal round?

Answer: Desert

As with season one, the final four competitors embarked on a much larger live event for their semifinal round so that the Boulets could determine who wouldn't be making it to the finale, and this time around, it involved heading out into the desert to partake in a post-apocalyptic photo shoot taking place in a "Mad Max" environment. With that, the four headed out into the desert to get done up, all of them needing to work with a cohesive theme (for which they chose the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse), to be subjects of a photo shoot in one hundred degree weather.

It would only be one component of the Boulets' final judgment, however.
9. The top four performed at what outdoor festival event in this season?

Answer: Wasteland Weekend

After the photoshoots and after the sun set on Wasteland Weekend, the four competitors had to perform a cohesive collaborative number on the main stage for the festival in front of an eager crowd before receiving their critiques from the Boulets and season one winner Vander Von Odd. Following this, it was declared that James Majesty won the challenge as a whole, but all four monsters would be participating in the Extermination Challenge, going head-to-head in the Thunderdome, a massive geodesic dome in which they'd fight until they couldn't fight anymore, strapped into bungee cables suspended from the top of the structure.

When all was said and done, Abhora admitted she should be going home in her confessionals. Sure enough, she was sent home, narrowly missing out on the final challenge.
10. Which contestant won Season 2 of "The Boulet Brothers' Dragula"?

Answer: Biqtch Puddin'

It took one last floor show before the Boulets were able to crown the World's Next Drag Supermonster, with the three remaining competitors taking the stage in their best looks showcasing Glamor, Filth, and Horror. After one more round of critiques and a bit more conferring, the hosts gave the final win to Biqtch Puddin', who received the custom crown, sceptre, and jewellery package from Fierce Drag Jewels, the $10,000 USD prize courtesy of Drag Queen Merch, and the grand title for the season.
