"Left" click a game title if it features at least a single, direct appearance from both Zelda AND Link. "Right" click if both characters do not appear in the game. Note, I am not including "Legend of Zelda" in any of these options.

Link and Zelda are the two biggest, most important characters in "Legend of Zelda". They tend to take center stage in some major capacity in almost every game. There are some exceptions, however.
"Ocarina of Time" is one of the most famous video games in video gaming history. In this game, Link takes the forefront as the playable character and Zelda takes on a major role as well.
"Four Swords" and especially "Four Swords Adventures" were ambitious and unique to the franchise as they highly encouraged multi-player play, which was a first. Four players may play as their own Link, and Zelda is waiting for them as well.
Zelda is almost absent from "Majora's Mask". However, she does make a very brief appearance in a cutscene in this game, which counts.
"Twilight Princess" was unique for releasing both on the Nintendo GameCube and on the Nintendo Wii. Link is playable throughout this lengthy journey, and Zelda is at stake.
"Oracle of Seasons" and "Oracle of Ages" are two more gimmicky titles in the franchise, where the player must influence the weather setting or travel across time as Link. Zelda is waiting for them here too.
Predictably, Zelda is present in "Zelda's Adventure". She is actually the playable character in this game. Link does not make an appearance, and this is actually the only "Legend of Zelda" game released in the 20th century where this is the case.
"Super Smash Bros" is a massive amalgamation of Nintendo characters. Zelda would end up joining the roster in "Melee", however she was completely absent in the Nintendo 64 version of the game. Link himself is in all iterations of the "Super Smash Bros." franchise.
"Tingle's Tosy Rupeeland" is a spin-off game starring Tingle. In this game, neither Link nor Zelda appear in it, which was the first time in "Legend of Zelda" franchise history for this to be the case, and just the second time Link was rendered unplayable in general.
Zelda is utterly absent in "Tri Force Heroes" without so much as even a direct mention. Her dress is seen, but not Zelda herself.
"Legend of the Seven Stars" ("Mario"), "Tropical Freeze" ("Donkey Kong"), "Master of Disguise" ("Wario"), "Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time" ("Pokemon"), "Uprising" ("Kid Icarus"), and "Three Houses" ("Fire Emblem") are not part of the "Legend of Zelda" franchise.
Meanwhile, "Link and Zelda at the Olympic Games", "Link Advanced", "Zelda Super Star Ultra" and "Grand Theft Auto Hyrule Edition" do not exist. Though, they all sound like they'd be fun!
