"Test Track" was slated to be open in May of 1997, but due to changes in the ride design and problems that occurred during testing, the opening day of "Test Track" was delayed. "Test Track" missed another opening date in August of 1998 before it finally premiered on December 19, 1998 for soft opening and made its official grand opening on March 17, 1999.
