Leonard Nimoy (1931-2015) wrote two books of memoirs that inspired the title of this quiz: "I Am Not Spock" (1975) and "I Am Spock" (1995) describing his complex relationship with the character throughout the three seasons of the show, the two seasons of the animated series, and six feature film. Apart from playing Spock, Nimoy appeared on many other programs including "Mission: Impossible" and "In Search Of..." He was also a successful feature film director, including "Star Trek Four: The Voyage Home" and "Three Men and a Baby". Among the ideas he brought to the character of Spock are the Vulcan Death Pinch and the Vulcan Salute.
