In the original "Invasion Of The Body Snatchers" Kevin McCarthy (died 11 Sep 2010 - aged 96) plays Dr. Miles J. Bennell. He runs onto the freeway at the end of the movie, trying to warn people about the invasion, shouting "They're here already, you're next". At the start of the 1978 remake he is seen banging on car windows shouting "Help, help they're coming, they're coming, listen to me listen" and is then knocked down and killed by a car.

Kevin McCarthy and Larry Gates (died 12 Dec 1996 - aged 81) were in the original "Invasion Of The Body Snatchers". Donald Sutherland (born 17 Jul 1935) and Leonard Nimoy (born 26 Mar 1931) were in the remake.
