Magnetic Kid (Pol Krinn) is the younger brother to Cosmic Boy. Like all natives to the planet Braal, he has the ability to create and manipulate magnetism.

When Brek originally auditioned, he was one of the youngest candidates to ever apply. However, he led the Substitute Heroes for many years, which placed him over the maximum age of 18 when he applied again. He was admitted into the Legion in 'Legion of Super-Heroes' (vol.3) #14 (1985).
