Gaal and King ov Hell reportedly attempted to fire Infernus from the band in late 2007. However, when the case came to court, Infernus, being the original founder, was given priority. The decision was that you can't fire the creator, and accordingly, in October 2007, Infernus announced that both Gaal and King ov Hell had officially left the band.
