Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "Wash away the thoughts inside that keep my mind away from you."

Answer: Remember When It Rained

"No more love and no more pride, thoughts are all I have to do." Josh Groban wrote this haunting song himself, and also performs on the keyboard for this track. It is track 10 on his triple platinum 2003 album, "Closer".
2. "You are the air that I breathe, you're the ground beneath my feet."

Answer: My Confession

"When did I stop believing?" This song was written by Richard Page, and Ramon Stagnaro performs beautifully on the guitar. It comes from "Closer".
3. "Broken, once connected."

Answer: Never Let Go

"We were so strong and so blessed in a simple way, so don't let me go it alone. Turn your head up to the sky, nothing down below but me. Face the truth to realize all that we could be." Josh co-wrote this song with the French world music duo Deep Forest. It, too, comes off his 2003 album, "Closer".
4. "And this journey that we're on, how far we've come and I celebrate every moment."

Answer: When You Say You Love Me

"And when you say you love me, that's all you have to say, I'll always feel this way." This song was written by Mark Hammond and Robin Scoffield, and, again, comes from "Closer".
5. "In my eyes you do no wrong."

Answer: You're Still You

"And I believe in you, although you'd never ask me to; I will remember you and what life put you through." This song, a top 5 hit for Josh, is from his 2001 debut album, "Josh Groban".
6. "I know you're gone, I watched you leave."

Answer: Home to Stay

"I always thought that it was me. You made it clear, with that last kiss, you couldn't live a life of maybe's and what-if's." This song is from "Josh Groban".
7. "Then I am still and wait here in the silence, until you come and sit awhile with me."

Answer: You Raise Me Up

"You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains; you raise me up, to walk on stormy seas. I am strong when I am on your shoulders; you raise me up to more than I can be." Josh performed this top 3 single at the 2004 Superbowl in memory of the Columbia space shuttle.
8. "I wish upon tonight to see you smile."

Answer: To Where You Are

"If only for awhile to know you're there; a breath away's not far to where you are." This smash single from 2002 was Josh's first hit, and comes from his 2001 album, "Josh Groban".
9. "Like the strangers that you've met, the ragged man in ragged clothes."

Answer: Vincent (Starry Starry Night)

"A silver thorn, a bloody rose, lie crushed and broken on the virgin snow." This song was originally a hit for Don McLean, but Josh Groban's version is beautiful, as well.
10. "There's more to love than only bitterness and lies."

Answer: Broken Vow

"I close my eyes; I'd give away my soul to hold you once again and never let this promise end." Josh performed this song for his PBS special, "Josh Groban in Concert." Thank you for playing my quiz; no, go and listen to Josh Groban some more! And if you know anyone who can set me up with him, I'd be happy to oblige. ;)
