Gerald Gardner is the founder of modern-day Wicca. He has a biography called "Gerald Gardner: Witch" which was published in the 1960s. He was a member of "The New Forest Coven" before his death on February 12, 1964, at age 72.

Thirteen is the ideal number, but it isn't necessary to have only thirteen. In Wicca you can have any number of witches in a coven, as long as there is a High Priest and High Priestess.

Eclectic Wicca is a positive, peaceful, earth-centered religion; their beliefs aren't that different from traditional or other types of Wicca.
