1. 2007

Answer: San Antonio Spurs

Tony Parker was the MVP. The Spurs bested the Cleveland Cavaliers 4-0 in the first NBA finals appearance for LeBron James.
2. 2008

Answer: Boston Celtics

The Celtics topped the Lakers 4-2 to give Phil Jackson another finals loss. After starting his career 9-0, that made two consecutive losses in his finals appearance. Paul Pierce was MVP for the Celtics.
3. 2009

Answer: Los Angeles Lakers

After losing the finals to the Celtics the year before, the Lakers returned to knock off the Magic 4-1 in 09. Kobe Bryant was the finals MVP, his first award. It was his fourth title, tying his with former teammate Shaquille O'Neal.
4. 2010

Answer: Los Angeles Lakers

The Lakers decided to make it back-to-back titles in 2010. They beat The Celtics 4-3 to avenge the 2008 loss to the same team. It was the third straight year the Lakers were in the finals, and Laker's coach Phil Jackson's 11th championship. Kobe Bryant was MVP for the second time.
5. 2011

Answer: Dallas Mavericks

The Mavericks bested the "super" team that Miami had assembled in 6 games for the championship. Miami had added all-stars Chris Bosch and LeBron James to the roster in the off season to pair with Dwayne Wade. Dirk Nowitzki was the MVP.
6. 2012 and 2013

Answer: Miami Heat

The Heat won back to back titles behind superstars Wade, James and Bosch after losing the 2011 finals. They beat the Thunder 4-1 in 2012 and the Spurs 4-3 in 2013. James was the MVP both times.
7. 2014

Answer: San Antonio Spurs

The Spurs bested the Heat 4-1 in a rematch of the 2013 finals. The Heat, which had played in the finals 4 years in a row were broken up after that. LeBron James left and went to Cleveland. A year later Dwayne Wade went to Chicago and Chris Bosh retired. Kawhi Leonard was the MVP.
8. 2015

Answer: Golden State Warriors

The Warriors bested the Cavs 4-2 in what marked LeBron James' 5th straight finals appearance with his second different team. For James it was his 6th finals overall. Andre Iguodala was the series MVP, though his teammate Steph Curry was the league's MVP that season.
9. 2016

Answer: Cleveland Cavaliers

In a rematch of the 2015 series, the Cavs won the title for the first time in the team's history. The series went to 7 games. LeBron James, in his 6th straight NBA finals appearance was the MVP for the third time.

The Warriors finished the regular season 73-9, eclipsing the 72-10 record set by Chicago Bull in 1995-96 season.
10. 2017 and 2018

Answer: Golden State Warriors

For the third straight season the Warriors and Cavs met in the finals. The Warriors won the series in 5 games to avenge the previous year's loss and give them their second title in three seasons. Kevin Durant was the series MVP.

Steve Kerr and Mike Brown were both credited as the winning head coach as Brown served as an interim coach in the playoffs (posting a 13-0 record) after Kerr had back surgery. It was the second year in a row the Cavs went to the finals with a rookie head coach.

The Warriors and Cavs met once again in the finals in 2018, with the Warriors winning 4-0 to win their second straight and third title in four years.
