Stan shows the voters of Pearl Bailey High a superimposed picture of Steve's competition in bed with the Jack-in-the-Box man. The girl clearly has her head pasted on, but the Jack looks real. Steve asks his dad if it is really the Jack-in-the-Box man. Stan informs him that he lives in their basement.

The scene then flashes to Roger walking into the basement, seeing the Jack bound and gagged, and freaking out.

The homework-junk food exchange between Hayley and Roger continues. He agrees to write a paper on Kissinger, and she gives him a bag of "Choco-diles". Unfortunately, he eats so many of them, he gets a sugar high, crashes, and falls asleep without doing anything.

She manages to get an extension by digging up Steve's dead dog and showing it to her professor. After that, she decides to do her own work, much to Roger's despair. It's probably a good thing Roger didn't do it, because he claims that all he knows about Kissinger is that he's Jewish, but he was going to try to stretch that into about twelve pages.

He threatens to expel any students holding hands or kissing after Lisa Silver tells him she finds him repulsive. He also arranges for all the lockers to be made out of chocolate, and declares that all periods be referred to as Steves. For example: "You want to cut third Steve?", "A sentence like this should always end with a Steve.", and "Can I go to the bathroom? I'm having my Steve."

When Steve barricades himself into the principal's office, Francine tries to tell him this story, using a bullhorn, while Stan sneaks into the school. When Stan reaches Steve, he has a heart-to-heart with his son, but keeps getting interrupted by Francine's story about the man she got incarcerated and drove to suicide.
