She went from being strict and not showing her emotions, to being a very loving mother. You can almost forget Anne was ever adopted by Marilla.

I wish there was another sequel to this movie, that kept close to the books like the first two did. I personally don't care for the latest movie called "Anne of Green Gables... The Continuing Story."
