Answer: Nacho beat him up.

Hector was sitting at a table behind Nacho, and although he was reading a newspaper, he clearly was keeping an eye and ear on the activities. Domingo explained that one of the guys on his team was new and was spooked when he saw a police car, so he "dumped the stash in the gutter". Nacho asked why Domingo didn't make it up with his own money, and Domingo said that he did - he gave as much as he could. Nacho told him he could make it up next week, but after Domingo left, Hector said to Nacho, "Who works for who?" Nacho closed his eyes because he knew what Hector meant.

He went out and dragged Domingo back in and took him back to the kitchen where he beat him up. The incident bothered Nacho; later when he was working at his father's upholstery shop, he was distracted and ran the needle into his finger.

Answer: Pour concrete for a playground

The therapy session was held at a church and perhaps was for people who lost their spouse. Stacey thanked Mike for coming with her and asked if he'd come again, to which he responded with his usual, "We'll see". She then told him that she had volunteered him to pour concrete for a new playground that was being built.

She said that they needed footings for the slide and swings. "That's not really my department", Mike said but Stacey reminded him that he had "built a carport when Matty was a kid". Mike didn't remember doing so so she told him that Matty had talked about it many times and that Mike had built it because he didn't like the quotes he was getting. Stacey said that she could get him out of it if he didn't want to do it, but Mike said he'd do it: "Just tell me when and where". Sidenote: Did you recognize Tamara Tunie (Dr. Melinda Warner, the long-time medical examiner on "Law and Order: SVU") as a member of the support group?

Answer: His license was suspended for twelve months.

We first found out the results when Jimmy and Kim were celebrating with a bottle of champagne: "Here's to twelve short months". Later when Howard was at Chuck's home, he told Chuck that "the opinion came in. Jimmy was suspended for twelve months". He also told Chuck that if Jimmy "screws up which we both know is likely, his PPD terminates, and that one year may turn into forever".

Answer: A bottle of Macallan whisky

Chuck wouldn't open the door for Rebecca, but Howard was more persuasive: "I'm not leaving, Chuck. I don't want to wake up the neighbors, but I've got all night". When Chuck finally opened the door, Howard showed him a wood box that contained the whisky: "THAT is a 35-year-old Macallan. I'm not going to tell you how much it cost, but don't worry - it's coming out of my end". Howard then spent a bit of time pumping Chuck up, telling him to forget about Jimmy ("Jimmy's just not worth it") and to focus on his future.

After sniffing the whisky, Chuck raised his glass to Howard and said "to new beginnings". They apparently had a few glasses because when Howard went to leave, Chuck asked him if he was OK to drive.

Answer: Dr. Cruz

After Howard's pep talk about forgetting Jimmy and focusing on the future, Chuck appeared to follow his advice. After he let Howard out, Chuck went to his desk and took out the batteries from the tape recorder. He grabbed one, holding it while he grimaced, as if he was trying to build resistance. Later he headed out into the night in search of a pay phone. Apparently, the nearest one to his house was on a busy street filled with neon lights. Dr. Cruz had been the physician who proved to Jimmy that Chuck's illness was psychological; she had turned on the electric panel to Chuck's bed when he was in the hospital.

When Chuck called her office, he identified himself as a former patient and said that he needed to see her as soon as possible.

Answer: Nacho took an extra package.

The packages were hidden under the floor in the back of the truck. After they were removed and placed on a table, Nacho asked for a scale to weigh them, but Gus's man Tyrus told him he could take his pick. Nacho was only supposed to take five packages; when he picked up a sixth package, Tyrus asked him if he had forgotten "how to count". "Don Hector gets six", said Nacho and when he started to leave, Victor pulled his gun on Nacho. Nacho stated that Don Hector was expecting six packages "and that's what I'm gonna bring". Nacho waited while Tyrus called Gus Fring. Fring told Tyrus to "give it to him".

Answer: Looking at an industrial property for sale

The sign at the building said "Industrial Property For Sale", but "Breaking Bad" fans know it as Gus Fring's laundry facility. When Gus left, he got into a car driven by another "Breaking Bad" character, Lydia Rodarte-Quayle. She asked him for his opinion of the property, and he said "It could work".

Answer: Carry Hector's product across the border

When Nacho reported back to Hector about taking the extra package from Gus, Hector asked, "What did he say? Did he piss himself?" After Nacho told him about the incident with Victor, Hector told him the arrangement was temporary and asked Nacho where his father got his upholstery fabric.

When Nacho said it was from the distributor in Jalisco, Hector told Nacho that he needed to get his father to take Hector's product across the border. Nacho replied, "Don Hector, my father is a simple man. He is not in the business".

Hector said that Nacho would teach his father and that his father would make a lot more money "than with his little sewing machine".

Answer: A pill fell on the floor and Nacho hid it.

While Hector and Nacho were discussing Nacho's father, Arturo was outside taking a phone call. When he returned, he told Hector that Tuco had been involved in a fight in prison: "Looks like Tuco knifed a guy. But he definitely broke a guard's jaw. They've got him in solitary." Hector was furious: "All he had to do was six months - he'll be in there forever!" He tossed the table aside, but he began to have an attack. Arturo rushed to get him water, and when Hector opened his pill bottle, one of the pills fell to the floor. Nacho stood up, covering the pill with his shoe.

After the attack passed, Hector looked at Nacho and said, "You talk to your father". After Hector left with Arturo, Nacho looked down at the pill.

Answer: Commercials

In a montage segment, we listened while Jimmy talked with each of his clients, telling them that he was taking a one-year hiatus from the legal profession. His last call was with a Mr. Yalowitz, who had flown a B-29 in WWII. Jimmy chatted with him a bit and saluted him for his service, but when Mr. Yalowitz said that he'd still see Jimmy on TV, Jimmy remembered his commercials: "Francesca, get me KWBV!" He had to stop his ad from airing that day. According to his contract with the station, he still had nine ads left amounting to four thousand dollars. Kim suggested reselling the ads, but his contract didn't allow him to do so.

But he realized that as long as he made the ads, he could give the air time to customers for free. He tried selling a package to a carpet outlet, but they turned him down. Finally, the makeup girl on his crew suggested that he make a commercial. "We're totally off brand here, I'm Jimmy McGill, 'a lawyer you can trust', I can't suddenly turn into the commercial guy".

He tried to have the film crew team say the lines, but he wasn't happy with their attempts so he asked for the makeup girl's bag: "We'll have to Karloff this thing". Jimmy was a bit shy about showing the ad to Kim: "It's not my best work", and when she saw it, she was clearly shocked. He told her that Saul Goodman was just a name, but she didn't know what to make of it.
