Michelle Branch performed this song on stage at 'The Bronze' at the end of the season 6 episode 'Tabula Rasa'. The song is taken from her album 'The Spirit Room'.

2. Which artist does Buffy refer to in the season 7 episode 'Lies My Parents Told Me'?

Buffy referred to the song 'Get the Party Started' by Pink, it was the first song released from her 'Missundazstood' album. Buffy says "It wasn't like it had a catchy hook or anything like 'I'm coming up, so you better get this party started'". She was talking about Spike's trigger.

Oz was the guitarists in Dingoes Ate My Baby who Four Star Mary did the music for. The song is played in the episode after Oz has left Willow, so the song upsets her. Unlike many Four Star Mary songs played on Buffy, this song is not on their album 'Thrown to the Wolves'.

Nerf Herder perform the original title theme, but the first track on the cd was The Breeders' version. Darling Violetta perform the title theme for the 'Buffy' spin-off show 'Angel'. Bif Naked have also performed on 'Buffy' before.
