After Warren killed Tara, Willow turned evil and hunted him down. She then tied him to a tree and tortured him. She eventually killed him by removing his skin with magic.
2. Jonathan

In season 7, The First came back as Warren and persuaded Andrew to kill Jonathan. Jonathan's blood would open the portal in the school basement. Andrew finally stabbed Jonathan in the end.
3. The Mayor

After the Mayor ascended into his demon snake form, he chased Buffy through the school and ended up in the Library. There was a ton of explosives in the room. This obviously blew up the school as well.
4. Tara

Tara and Willow were standing in the bedroom talking when a stray bullet from Warren's gun hit Tara in the chest. She died instantly.
5. Glory/Ben

In the last episode of season 5, Glory and Buffy were fighting. Buffy was hitting Glory with a giant hammer over and over again. She was too weak and she changed back into Ben. Then Giles suffocated Ben.
6. Joyce
Answer: an aneurysm
Joyce Summers found out that she had a tumor in season 5. She went into surgery and they removed it. But then she died from an aneurysm.
7. Darla
Answer: staked
The first time was on "Buffy", Darla died was because she was staked by Angel. Angel was trying to show Buffy that he wasn't evil. Then the second time was on "Angel", she staked herself when she was about to have her baby. It was so Connor could be born.
8. Human Harmony.
Answer: bitten
Harmony died on Graduation. She was bitten by a vampire. Unfortunately, she came back as a vampire. She was a pretty funny vampire, though.
9. William
Answer: bitten by Drusilla
William (Spike) was bitten by Drusilla. Then, he started raising havoc with Angel, Drusilla, and Darla. He has killed 2 slayers in the past, but still hasn't managed to kill Buffy.
10. Cassie
Answer: heart problems
Cassie was in one episode of season 7. (Two if you count the one where she was really "The First".) She predicted that she was going to die. Buffy found out that kids were planning on sacrificing her. Buffy saved her from that, but she died of heart problems only a few moments later.
