If the events are turned on, something will happen during gameplay. The bird Dyna Blade can fly down and give you items if you smash into her head. Tac, the green creature that usually is found underground, can also give you items if he gets hurt. There are many more events to the game besides these but enlarging all Kirbys doesn't happen.
