"Resident Evil 6" - Ada's Story Quiz

Diving into the Deep Sea, Northern Atlantic in mid-2013, Ada gains entry into a submarine in a submersible suit. The reason for her voyage is a message she receives from Derek C. Simmons, who suggests that he's received critical intel about her. Her curiosity gets the better of her and she heads to the sub to pursue it, arriving to find that traps have been laid out for her, many of which involve J'avo Spec Ops but some of which involve difficult puzzles (as you would aim to keep in a submarine, of course). Ada can use her Crossbow to shoot silent shots at J'avo, avoiding getting overwhelmed by larger groups when alarm is sounded.

Answer: Six months ago

Ada will continue to face every trick in the book to keep her away from the info she seeks but she'll find what she's looking for: information in the form of a slideshow. Ada will watch as videos of Edonia and Jake Muller fill the screen and she'll be told that she, Ada Wong, will need to find out if he has the antibodies needed to make a vaccine and, if so, he'll need to be killed. Sherry Birkin has been sent in to acquire him, but she will need to collect. The problem is that these orders were given six months ago and she doesn't remember them.

With the info in-hand, Ada will make to escape the sub but a catastrophic explosion will force her to find new means of resurfacing. A botched attempt at reaching the rescue sub will send the craft vertical and Ada will need to reroute the power in the engine room and escape via a torpedo. She has a plan, however, since she knows Simmons plans to have her perform a bioterrorist attack in Tall Oaks and then in China on behalf of Neo-Umbrella. She won't become the scapegoat, she vows, and with that she's off.

Answer: Cathedral

Ada finds herself in the university town of Tall Oaks, the day after her submarine visit and, taking a coincidental lead from Leon S. Kennedy (and Helena Harper), she navigates to the city's cathedral and descends into the crypts outside to find an entrance to Simmons' laboratory. The voyage is one fraught with unique and complex puzzles, some guarded by zombies, and eventually she'll gain the entry she needs to find the mines beneath.

Ada will come across Leon and Helena again when they locate Helena's sister, Deborah, but it's just in time to watch her transform into a terrifying C-Virus creature. It means assisting the pair in their fight in an effort to stop the most frightening and personal foe thus far.

Answer: Videotape

The battle between Ada, Leon, and Helena against Deborah will take the trio deep into the mines, even bringing them along a complicated mine cart ride, until they can finally bring her down. When they finally send Deborah hurtling to her death, Helena will reveal to the other two that she helped Derek Simmons breach the President's security in an effort to protect her sister. It's one more odd point to Ada who, receiving a call, parts ways with the others and leaves them with a ring that they can use to leave the underground.

Simmons will send Ada to the lab to find some new information and this will involve a tough route blocked by Whoppers and Napads of all sorts. When she finally reaches the labs she'll find what she's looking for-- a videotape with her name on it. Watching it, she'll find out what the others don't know, specifically that Simmons has created a C-Virus clone of Ada. She quickly deduces that this clone is the one contacting her, puppeteering Neo-Umbrella in an effort to destroy the world. Ada calls the real Simmons, lets him know that she's prepared for the worst, and heads out, blowing up the labs before she leaves the U.S.

Answer: Ubistvo

Following the events that occur in Tall Oaks, Ada will take the next plane to Lanshiang, China and mix and mingle with the other operatives going about their business in this city under attack. She'll step in just behind Chris, Piers, and the BSAA as they head towards the tenement buildings, pursuing reports of Ada Wong all the way out to the harbour. What they don't know is that the real Ada isn't anywhere near the harbour.

Instead, as she makes her way through the night markets, Ada will come across the Ubistvo, a chainsaw-wielding foe who'll bring her down easily if she gets too close. As it saws its way out of its Chrysalid, she'll need to get away, hastily, and make any attempt she can to keep it at a distance. It's not altogether easy.

Answer: Sherry

The fight with the Ubistvo will continue to get up close and personal as Ada tries to navigate her way to the harbour and after needing to collect a Back Alley Key from it in the night market, she'll have to face off on a double-decker bus, on active train tracks, and at the city's canals where, from a vantage point atop the tenement buildings above, she'll have to use her Sniper Rifle to assist Jake and Sherry as they try to make it to their rendezvous point.

Ultimately, Ada will need to not only blast the Ubistvo into the water, but swoop in on her hookshot to save Sherry and leave the creature to get chopped up by helicopter blades. Ada will zip off shortly thereafter, leaving the pair to continue on while aiming her sights on the port. She'll spot her doppelgänger driving off with Chris and Piers in close pursuit and, fortunately, she'll be able to steal a jet ski to get her where she needs to be.

Answer: A building

Ada will take her stolen jet ski and ride off to the military boat off the coast of Lanshiang pursuing her lead and she'll immediately slide into the halls of the military craft searching for her mysterious doppelgänger. It'll take some swift navigating, especially when she starts encountering the Rasklapanjes in the crew quarters, but eventually she'll get the chance to meet Carla Radames.

Carla will end up talking over the intercom to Simmons while Ada, avoiding being caught by searchlights, will stay just ahead of Chris and Piers, fuelling their chase for the wrong woman. Eventually, Ada will find an office room containing top secret information, at least revealing that Simmons sought to bring back his lover, Carla Radames, using Project Ada and the C-Virus to support her return. Ada keeps this info with the rest and claims a statuette of Tatchi's Quad Tower before stepping out onto the balcony...just in time to see Carla fall to her death.

Answer: Liquid Nitrogen

With nothing left to do on the aircraft carrier, Ada plans to make her escape and leave Chris and Piers to deal with the missiles of C-Virus pointed at the mainland. Her real failing is in checking Carla's body since, as she approaches it, it's discovered that Carla injected herself with the C-Virus, mutating more than her initial creation in Tall Oaks. Filled with vengeance, Carla morphs into an ooze-like creature that pursues Ada through the carrier, bringing her deeper and deeper to her doom. The only way for Ada to bring an end to her doppelganger, once and for all, is by using liquid nitrogen to freeze her and shatter her to bits.

Heading to the deck, Ada will grab a helicopter, and take off for Tatchi following the missile strike. The boys can clean up Carla's mess. In the meantime, she needs to take care of Simmons.

Answer: Six

Ada swoops back into Tatchi to witness the aftermath of the C-Virus missile and she'll encounter B.O.W.s everywhere in the streets. Serendipitously, she'll end up assisting Leon and Helena, firing on their pursuers in the streets before sending them off on their own and looping around to the rest of the city, ultimately setting her sights on the Quad Tower.

She'll end up finding Leon and Helena again when they fight Simmons in his largest form (that of a dinosaur) in the building's courtyard before heading to the roof and exiting the chopper.

As she leaves a launcher with a single rocket (which Leon and Helena might later find), she heads off to clean up the last of Simmons' mess.

Answer: Leon

Crossing the roofs of the Quad Building with the intent to eliminate all traces of the theft of her identity, Ada will be caught off-guard by the reappearance of Simmons as he'll reappear and flip between fighting Ada and pursuing Leon and Helena as they climb the side of the skyscraper. Ada will bring the battle to the building's pedestrian bridges and, with Leon's support, survive not only the fight, but jumping with Simmons over the side of the building. Simmons will plummet but Ada, hookshot in hand, will zip to safety. Little does she know, Simmons isn't quite dead, but that's for Leon and Helena to deal with later.

Ada and Leon will part ways and she'll head into Carla's former lab, using the Quad Tower statuette as a key to access her research. What she finds-- a new Chrysalid ready to hatch open-- is enough to convince her to destroy the room and set the research ablaze. As she makes her exit from the room, she receives a call on her cell phone. It's a new job offer. Fortunately, her schedule just cleared.
