Answer: Oxford

Oxford was founded in the 12th century, Cambridge in the 13th, and London and Durham both in the 19th century. Some other British universities also have colleges but elsewhere the latter lack the autonomy that they have at these four universites.
2. Which college of Durham is named after the founder of the whole University?

Answer: Van Mildert

Van Mildert College was named after Bishop Van Mildert, who founded University College in the 19th century.
3. The annual University Boat Race is run between Durham and Cambridge - true or false?

Answer: False

It's between Oxford and Cambridge, and only once has a boat sank - it was Oxford's. Do I need to tell you they lost? :)
4. Imperial College was part of which University?

Answer: London

Unlike the other three Universities, London's colleges are more often known independently of the University.

Answer: Hertford

Hertford College incorporates a "Bridge of Sighs" based on the famous bridge in Venice.
