Benjamin Harrison (1833-1901) was the 23rd U.S. President and the grandson of the 9th U.S. President. During the Civil War he reached the rank of Colonel in the Union Army and after the war became a U.S. Senator for Indiana.

Answer: Bob Hawke

Bob Hawke was Prime Minister of Australia from 1983-1991. After graduating from the University of Western Australia in 1952, he won a Rhodes Scholarship to attend Oxford University. It was while Oxford University that he received an etiquette penalty and had to drink 2½ imperial pints (1.4 litres).

He achieved this in 11 seconds which was officially recognised as a world record at the time.

Trygve Lie (1896-1968) was a Norwegian politician. From 1940-1945 he served as a Minister in the Norwegian government in exile in London. He was elected as the 1st Secretary General of the United Nations in February 1946, which was a compromise between the major powers after WWII.

He won the Nobel Peace Prize through his work at the Carter Centre which advanced human rights and alleviated human suffering.
