Snoopy, who is Charlie Brown's dog in the "Peanuts" comic strip, enjoys pretending he is a WWI flying ace who fights the Red Baron of Germany. This ride, designed for most ages, allows a "pilot" to raise and lower the plane while it spins in a giant circle. There are also "Peanuts" themed posters in the area that highlight vintage aviation history.
2. Linus Launcher
Answer: Camp Snoopy
Linus Van Pelt is Charlie Brown's best friend in the "Peanuts" comic strip. He is known for always having his security blanket close by him. In this ride, people lay down on their stomach on a metal replica of Linus' blanket. Then the ride spins them in circles through the air which gives them a great view of the park.
There are a variety of "Peanuts" murals in the line area which highlight great moments through the years.
3. Pig-Pen's Mud Buggies
Answer: Camp Snoopy
Pig-Pen is a character in the "Peanuts" comic strip who is always dirty and is perpetually found in a cloud of dust. This ride features him surrounded by several All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) that appear ready to go through a muddy ride. This family friendly experience allows people to get into the ATV and have it spin and bounce as if it is going through dirt and mud. Each ATV also has a unique, fun design.
4. Woodstock's Airmail
Answer: Camp Snoopy
Woodstock is a small yellow bird and is Snoopy's best friend in the "Peanuts" comic strip. This ride is designed primarily for younger children and allows them to sit on a large bench that looks like an envelope. The bench than rises up a pole and heads toward Woodstock's tall mailbox before lowering back down.
It gives younger riders a chance to look across the vista of Camp Snoopy in the amusement park.
5. Jaguar!
Answer: Fiesta Village
Jaguar! is Knott's Berry Farm's first themed roller coaster and was built in 1995. Riders enter through a Mayan "temple" which is the loading zone. The coaster than races through 2,600 feet (almost 800 meters) of rail, doing twists and turns like a jaguar running down a path. Hieroglypics in the temple highlight some of the park's older rides that led up to the current Jaguar! coaster.
6. Sol Spin
Answer: Fiesta Village
This ride, with its Aztec theme, has six spinning arms. Riders sit on a chair on each arm and then they are spun 360 degrees in all directions while rising almost six stories in the air. Because the seats are floorless, it gives a feeling of true flight as riders spin through the air. Finally, each arm operates independently so it offers a new experience each time.
7. Hat Dance
Answer: Fiesta Village
This ride was called "The Happy Sombrero" when it opened in 1969. It was one of the first rides in Fiesta Village and features giant bowls in which riders sit in covered by a colorful sombrero. The bowls then being to spin while going in a giant circle.
A fun part of the attraction is that riders get to control the speed of their individual unit. The artwork around the ride pays tribute to the history of the ride.
8. Carrusel de California

Originially built in 1896, this carousel is one of the oldest of its type in the world. There are 48 hand-carved animals on the merry-go-round, including lions, tigers, ostriches, camels, zebras, giraffes, pigs, cats, and, of course, horses. An antique band organ plays music as the ride revolves.
There is one horse on the ride that is designed to resemble a real horse from the Pony Express, a nod to Knott's Old West theme and on which people rush to find first.
9. Xcelerator

This rocket-like roller coaster goes from 0 to 82 miles per hour in only 2.3 seconds. It goes 205 feet (62 meters) up in the air before turning 90 degrees and going straight back down. During a very brief pause at the top of the ride, passengers on the right side of the cars can catch an amazing view of the entire park spread out beneath them.
10. HangTime
Answer: Boardwalk
This surf-inspired roller coaster is considered the first dive coaster in California. That means it has an almost vertical drop from the top. It towers 150 feet (45 meters) over the Boardwalk area of the park with an amazing 96 degree drop followed by five different types of inversions and twists.
As a prelude to the ride, the surfboard sign changes colors each time the coaster drops from its peak lift point.
11. Sky Cabin

The Sky Cabin gives riders a slow moving, panoramic view of the area. It is an observation elevator that takes guests 180 feet (54 meters) up in the air and then slowly revolves for an amazing view of the park. On a clear day, the skylines of downtown Los Angeles and Disneyland can be seen.
The exterior boasts a proud red, white and blue motif while the interior features vintage park memorabilia.
12. Supreme Scream

This drop ride lifts riders 252 feet (77 meters) straight up and then drops them in a freefall at around 50 miles per hour. This gives riders almost three seconds of pure weightlessness. The ride then bounces almost halfway back up before landing. At the zenith of the ride, before the drop, passengers get a unique view of the how the original Knott's Ghost Town looked historically.
13. GhostRider

GhostRider is the longest, tallest, and fastest wooden roller coaster on the West Coast. It rises around 118 feet (35 meters) and has 14 hills that takes about 3 minutes to cover. The ride has been routinely featured on the lists of the best wooden coasters in the entire world since opening in 1998.
The wooden beams that support the structure feature engraved names of Knott's historic attractions.
14. Pony Express

Designed to emulate the Old West's Pony Express, this ride allows riders to sit on "horses" as they board. Once loaded, the coaster takes off at 38 miles per hour in just seconds. The ride takes people past rapids, railraods, and other parts of the Ghost Town section of the park. Knott's Berry Farm even pipes in horse hoof sound effects during the ride to give a full sensation of being a modern day pony express rider.
15. Calico Mine Ride
Answer: Ghost Town
This family ride has people load up into ore cars and go through a simulated gold mine. They pass through underground tunnels, lakes, and waterfalls. Animated miners work feverishly to dig out the precious metal. This was Knott's first major ride and opened in Ghost Town in November 1960. Just before entering the final cavern scene, there's a figure of a gold prospector modelled after Walter Knott, the original owner and creator of the berry stand which would turn into a national amusement park.
16. Butterfield Stagecoach
Answer: Ghost Town
Knott's Berry Farm offers six stagecoaches, five of which are authentic, and used in the 1800s. They are pulled by real horses and offer riders view through the park as they pass out of Ghost Town and through Camp Snoopy and Fiesta Village. Bullet holes in the doors attest to the history of stage coaches and plaques and information inside continue the historical lessons of how stagecoaches helped build the West.
